Family and Systemic Constellations

Family and systemic constellations, founded by Bert Hellinger, is a practical and experiential method for understanding, processing and resolving all the relational dynamics and traumatic experiences that prevent a healthy and balanced relational, professional and health life.

Through the experience of family and systemic constellations, memories, traumatic experiences and inner dynamics that bind us to the important people in our lives are brought to light. All the relationships that have influenced our personal life and many choices of the past often continue to unconsciously interfere with the present, limiting our inner freedom and our capacity for choice and fulfilment. When this happens, in constellations work we say a person lives «entangled» in dynamics that bind them to the past and do not allow for a healthy, fulfilled and successful life.

Entanglements refer to behaviours a person takes on by carrying the burden of other people's problems and difficulties. When a person carries the burden of their loved ones' problems, they lose sight of their own life and their own destiny.

Through family and systemic constellations, an inner order is re-established that brings the person back towards their own life and towards success.

Family and systemic constellations can also help identify the limits a person unconsciously places on their own success in life and at work.

Children and difficult adolescents too, as well as students who struggle at school, are simply expressing the unease and unbalanced dynamics of their own family system.

Difficult behaviour in children and adolescents is therefore the effect of disorders and entanglements present within the family.

All the obstacles that prevent a healthy relational, professional and health life can be addressed and resolved through family and systemic constellations.
