Who is Fabio
For over fifteen years, Fabio Pennella has been guiding adolescents, adults, couples and families in personal development paths oriented towards awareness, individual growth and improvement of relational skills. He offers a space of listening, dialogue and reflection where every person can feel welcomed, without judgment.
With particular experience working with adolescents, he has collaborated with schools and educational institutions throughout Italy through meetings, training projects and dedicated paths.
In parallel, he works as HR Manager and organisational consultant, with over twenty years of experience in national and international companies. Since 2010 he has also been President of the Handbike Giro d'Italia, promoting the values of inclusion, resilience and personal empowerment.
